International technology innovation and intelligent industry summit ended in Shenzhen

In August 12, 2015, 2015 international technology innovation and intelligent industry summit was held at Shekou Hilton Hotel. Deputy Director Liu Jin of Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, former Director of Hong Kong Innovation Department, Mr. Wang Xiji, President of OLPC Asia-Pacific Region, and General Manager Lu Kejian, Science and Technology Innovation Investment Company of China Merchants Bureau attended the summit. Also attending the meeting were Feng Guanping, former dean of the Research Institute of Tsinghua University in Shenzhen, Mr. Ai Quan, Director of City University of Hong Kong, Ms. Linda Chao, Senior Manager of Technology Transfer Center of Stanford University, and Zhang Yiqiang, Director of Cornell Technology Transfer Center.


Liu, director of the Shenzhen science and Technology Innovation Committee, shared the thinking on the international technology transfer and financial capital docking under the "Internet +" economic form at the summit address, hoping that participants could use the "Internet +" mode of thinking and technology to promote the transformation of the transfer of scientific and technological achievements, and sincerely wished all participants to join hands. Cooperation to find new opportunities and opportunities for growth.

Mr. Wang Xiji, the former Director of Hong Kong Innovation Agency, wished Shenzhen and Hong Kong to join hands to speed up integration and build a joint cooperation zone so as to gradually build the Shenzhen-Hong Kong region into the most dynamic and radiating economic and cultural open cooperation zone in the Pearl River Delta and even in Asia.


Mr. Lu Kejian, General Manager of China Merchants Bureau Science and Technology Innovation Investment Limited, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. He briefly introduced the development status of various industries of China Merchants Bureau Group, as well as the development situation of China Merchants Bureau Science and Technology Group and the strategic decision and vision of investment development at this stage.

Feng Guanping, former dean of Tsinghua Academy of Sciences, put forward the transfer mode, the light-opening mode and the graphene mode around the innovation of technology transfer. Each mode has been tested by the market in the actual development, and has achieved good economic and social benefits. At the meeting, Ms. Wang Ying, senior manager of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, attracted the attention of entrepreneurs about her plan for a soft landing in the park. As a world-renowned university representative, Stanford University's technology transfer and entrepreneurship cooperation has always had a strong influence, the transfer center on behalf of Ms Linda Chao brought Stanford technology transfer system and case sharing was fully affirmed by the participants. The summit also gained many practical results.

Recruitment Gao Zhi introduced the U-LAB International Technology Joint Laboratory Model to the participants through a short film, which is a project management and evaluation organization composed of professionals and school technology transfer centers to generate new investment opportunities through evaluation and cultivation. At the same time, Gao Zhi also introduced the actual project cases under the model, and the representatives of all parties expressed great interest and concern about the model. Subsequently, Dr. Kochi Lee Long signed international cooperation agreements on technology transfer and innovation with Ms. Xiao Ling, representative of the University of Waterloo in Canada, Warwick Dawsonxian of the University of New South Wales, and Dr. Wu, representative of Shenzhen University. As a result, it began a new exploration with the world famous university technology transfer center and cooperation.

After careful selection of the early entrepreneurship mentors and senior investors, there were ten outstanding projects included in the S-square plan at the summit. These ten projects were demonstrated from the aspects of intelligent measurement and control, advanced manufacturing equipment, unmanned intelligent vehicles, green energy, advanced materials, automation core components and other aspects, and scored synthetically on the spot of the roadshow. Finally, the efficient docking between the capital side and the project side was realized.

The roadshow of this project is not only a test of S-square early project cultivation plan planned by Recruitment Innovation Fund and Recruitment Gaozhi. At the same time, it also embodies the concept of enrollment innovation fund and enrollment of high intelligence to promote the sharing and win-win of entrepreneurial ecosystem. After the project roadshow, the investors and the project side had a free exchange, of which more than 10 investment institutions expressed a clear investment intention.

Through this summit, the China Merchants Bureau Recruitment Innovation Fund and Gao Zhi have pioneered an innovative model of establishing an international joint laboratory with world famous universities around international technology transfer and achievement transformation, and have been recognized by many universities.

At the same time, through the S-square plan, a platform is built to serve the entrepreneurial team and investment institutions, so that entrepreneurial entrepreneurs and investment institutions can cooperate and develop together. After the meeting, both the project side and the investment side expressed their hope to be included in the S-square plan, hoping to take this as the normal and common development in the future.
